Pricing Overview
Signing Up and creating your listings is completely free! Chaired only gets paid when you do - small platform transaction fees are charged only when a booking is made. We know every dollar counts and we try hard to keep fees to a minimum.
Host Fees
The platform deducts fees from Hosts’ payout amounts to contribute towards financial transaction costs, overhead and advertising Hosts’ listings.
Host fee is 2% of Host payouts. *
Guest Fees
When a booking is confirmed the platform charges fees to cover financial transaction costs and platform overhead.
To reward frequent Chaired users, we use an adaptive algorithm that adjusts the Guest commission fee based on each Guest’s booking frequency. We call this your Guest Booking Velocity.
Simply put - the more days you book a workstation on Chaired, the cheaper the platform becomes!
Guest fee ranges between 4 - 8%, depending upon Guest’s specific Booking Velocity. *
